Born
and raised in Tobago [the idyllic sister isle of
Trinidad - the Caribbean’s business hub], DJ Kaotic
started his trod into music at the age of 16.
Apprenticing with the biggest sound system on the island
at the time, he began to gather all skills required to
make him one of the most versatile DJs in the country.
After 2
years in the business, he began to be noticed by
professionals outside of Trinidad and Tobago. At that
point, DJ Kaotic made the decision to change his name to
“KAOTIC INTERNATIONAL”.
In
2000, he was invited to be a part of CO2 Productions –
which included DJ Tony Tempo from Atlanta and DJ Slick
from the UK. This alliance lasted for 2yrs.
2010 –
DJ Kaotic International signed an international contract
with “Warrior DJ Coalition”, founded by international
recording artist Wyclef Jean. He is the first signee
from the Caribbean to be inducted into the DJ Group. |
